(Language: english/french). Left transcanal revision tympanoplasty following two previous failed surgeries (other surgeons). Subtotal TM perforation with simultaneous incus dislocation. Technique of total tympanomeatal flap removal wich is repositioned at the end of the procedure. TM Grafting (overlay technique) with tragal perichondrium graft. Ossiculoplasty with Vincent-Grace HA-Titanium PORP and malleus relocation. TORP insertion with Silastic banding technique was not possible in this case due to a really narrow oval window niche.
