P2L2 , 36 years old female came with c/o pain in abdomen for 4-5 months duration. USG revealed 10 cm simple cyst in the left ovary.
During surgery it was realised that there were filmy and dense adhesions around the so called cyst and pelvis was completely obliterated.
Right ovary was badly stuck to the peritoneum.
