Laparoscopic removal of left paraovarian huge (20cm) cyst performed by Dr.Osman BALCI. Patient was 21 years old and virgin. She was admitted with swelling the abdomen and mild pelvic pain. In abdominal ultrasound 20 cm left adnexal mass was seen. During laparoscopy, cyst was stripped and capsule was taken out of abdomen. In this operation three trocar (optical and two ancillary) was used. Patient was discharged from the hospital postoperative first day.
