30 years old P2L2 with previous 2 LSCS with TL done, came with complaints of pain in abdomen and mass per abdomen.On examination almost 20 weeks size mass felt P/A. USG and blood markers revealed benign cyst of 16 cm.
Lap Adhesiolysis was done prior to the cystectomy.
Notice cyst completely covered by omentum.
