Another case of endoscopic approach to remove a cholesteatoma of the middle ear that reaches the limits of this approach because of its extension to the additus ad antrum.
This 30 y-o women was operated in october 2015 and until now she is free of signs of residual disease. We routinely performed a CT scan to rule out cholesteatoma in this patients in the second year after surgery to be sure that the disease is completely removed.
