Resection can be technically challenging if the lesion could not be positioned in the 6 O' clock position. In such cases, cut with a small snare and try to stay in position without  slipping back. This case was challenging because of difficulty in maintaining the endoscope position and lesion was at 12 O' clock position.  This elderly patient was referred to our center for surgery; he has had prior surgery for colon polyp removal and wanted to explore if surgery could be avoided. Hence we tried to resect it even though it was technically challenging to resect.
