My way of laparoscopic surgical staging for cancer endometrium. Identified ureter, opened POD, pushed Rectum away, ligated the uterine arteries in continuity, pushed bladder away. After completing Type I Radical Hysterectomy proceeded to bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy. Nodes were retrieved through vagina with a simple plastic bag.
