Converted from laparoscopic to hand-assisted and then converted to open (not shown); burn to colon wall near end and difficulty led to conversion to open. There's a right adnexal desmoid that is sometimes seen in the field. At end of surgery there was a bladder dome laceration which may have started laparoscopically. Arms tucked and position changing between head up and down, mostly right side down.
