A 35-year old man came in at the emergency room with an "eggplant" deformity of the penis. He sustained penile fracture after having an intercourse with his girlfriend. This video will show the intraoperative course of the patient.
Upon follow-up 3 months post injury, patient already had signs of tumescence, IIEF Grade 2-3.
