56 year old diabetic hypertensive male had a history of fall from tree 12 years back. Some sharp object was responsible for urethral injury resulting into proximal penile hypospadias.Remained unattended for financial reasons. Presented for s/o BOO (bladder outlet obstruction). Supple untampered dorsal urethral plate of 20 mm."SNODGRAFT" urethroplasty done with gratifying results (Patient reviewed 1 year later).
