This patient had a history of Peyronie's disease and a short phallus.  His curvature was corrected with a patch graft and his penis was elongated by releasing the suspensory ligament.  The deficit in penile shaft skin was corrected with scrotal rotational flaps and a ventral phalloplasty.  Dr. Rafael Carrion.  University of South Florida
