a 29 years old male was admitted to our clinic with a clinical picture of anaphylaxis due to endobronchial rupture of hydatid cyst. Urgent left lower lobectomy was performed through the Uniportal VATS approach. The surgery was uneventful and the patient underwent extubation on the operating table. The video demonstrates the technique in this rare pathology.
