Septoplasty was done using 4mm storz  rigid nasal endoscope.freers incision was sutured with 3-0 chromic catgut.quilting sutures were applied to keep the flaps in position .antibiotic ointment was applied and a routine nasal pack was avoided.nasal pack causes discomfort ,infection and adhesions.all these complications can be avoided with this technique.
