Five year old boy who presented with persistent rectal prolapse without constipation since the age of one year. He was treated  conservatively including perineal electrostimulation, injection of sclerosants without resolution of symptoms.
He underwent laparoscopic suture rectopexy with relief of symptoms. The video clip demonstrates dissection of redundant rectum, narrow terminal rectum and fixation of rectum to sacral promontory with 2 0 polyester suture.
