(Language: english/french). Left transcanal revision ossiculoplasty with canalplasty  following failed incus transposition (autograft - other surgeon). Middle ear exploration reveals a dislocated incus autograft which was originally inserted underneath the TM (TM-to-Stapes head assembly). Ossiculoplasty is performed with a Vincent-Grace Alto TORP with band which is positioned underneath the malleus which is relocated (malleus-to-footplate assembly). This video highlights the malleus relocation technique in case of a really anterior malleus such as in this case. Simultaneous canalplasty was performed with a micro-drill. The TORP's shaft was inserted between the promontory and the stapes superstructure as the stapes was slighty bent towards the fallopian canal.  Silastic banding was used to increase the prosthesis stability.
