E-TEP Rives Stoppa is traditionally done with balloon dissector to create the retero-rectus space. Here I have used10mm zero degree scope on the left side and an excel optical trochar on the right side, to do the reterorectus disection. the retero-rectus space was created bilaterally till the linea semilunaris. There were multiple umbilical deffects which were primarily closed and a 15x15 cm prolene soft mesh laid and fixed with sutures.
