I've just recently got interested in MIS approach for inguinal hernia repair and discovered that it could be fun.  There are plenty of anatomical details and variations to study and explore.  It's also not as stressful as some other surgeries that I do..
This was my second rTAPP inguinal hernia repair case.. it went well but not perfect.  The most interesting aspect of this case was that hernia on both sides were of pantaloon type.  The direct component was discovered during medial dissection.
