Intra operatively there was bulky uterus with one large intramural fibroid and one small subserosal fibroid. Surgery – Laparoscopic myomectomy for uterus fibroid removal (in this laparoscopic myomectomy surgery surgeon will remove of uterine fibroid. Laparoscopic myomectomy is minor surgery so woman recover fast) and send for histopathology.
