The skin defect due to the resection of the nipple and areola complex is corrected with the abdominal advancement flap.
The reconstruction of the inframmmary fold is performed using the hammock technique with one medial and one lateral stitch, and a running suture in the lower border of the incision of the fascia superficialis. |
