the mass was in the second part of the duodenum on right side. the mass was not resected by ESD . we approached the mass with laparoscopy . after mobilization the duodenum. Duodenotomy was performed under the duodenoscopy. Resection was performed from the secure margins of the mass. duodenotomy closed with sutures. two layer sutures was performed . first layer closed with lock running, second layer closed with interrupted sutures. after closing, the passage was controlled by duodenoscopy. pathological results of the mass was tubular adenoma. prof.dr.metin ertem
