25 years old Woman, several episodes of biliar pain, abdominal ultrasound showed one gallstone of 3cm stuck on infundibulum.
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed, starting from release of the gallbladder fundus from the liverbed, followed by infundibulum dissection, isolation of the cystic artery (and cauterization) + isolation of the cystic duct and ligation. Gallbladder extracted using a hand-made endobag. Extraction of the gallstone from the gallbladder is showed at the end of the video. |
