Woman, BMI 46, + Hipertension, gallbladder with gallstones.
After Lap Sleeve Gastrectomy, cholecystectomy was performed adding 2 additional 5mm trocars on the right hipocondrium.
A big gallbladder was found, and a modified "fundus first" dissection was performed. A gallstone stuck to the cystic duct was identified and after a complete cystic dissection, the duct was cliped with titanium clips. Gallbladder was extracted after the gastric fundus using the left hipocondrium 12mm incision.
Uneventful surgical evolution.
