45 years-old renal transplanted patient presented with abnormal uterine bleeding and anemia. Her endometrial sampling pathology result was endometrial hyperplasia. She did not respond medical tratment. She has got right pelvic renal transplantation two years ago. There are 3 ureteral orifice in cystoscopy. Direct umbilical trocar insertion technique was used. In this operation video was minimal edited, and only two ancillary trocar used.
