Lateral vaginal wall cyst of right side was excised using bipolar hemostasis,cyst was opened to identify its upper limit.Bipolar hemostasis was effective.Initially, normal saline mixed inj Adrenaline was infiltrated around the cyst for hydrodissection.At last,a vaginal pack was given to compress the space after excision of the cyst.
