Laparoscopic right colectomy and distal ileum resection for perforated Crohn's Disease is in this case entirely performed with ONLY monopolar hook and vessels clipping. Low cost laparoscopic colorectal surgery is feasible with cheap instruments if you know what anatomical avascular planes to follow and avoiding the use of expensive energy based dissecting and sealing devices such as harmonic or advanced bipolar or other advanced energy instruments
