TLH performed with 10mm umbilical port for vessel sealing device, 6mm laparoscope port and 4mm accessory port. A good vaginal manipulation avoids need of 4th port. Using 10mm vessel sealing with simultaneous mechanical cutting tremendously saves the time.(anaesthesia and surgery)
