The video shows a live operation for bilateral mastectomy after positive diagnosis of BRCA 1 gene mutation with immediate breast reconstruction using the DIEP Flap technique. You will see:

- Right side skin sparing mastectomy
- Left side DIEP Flap preparation
- Closure of the abdominal wall
- Deepithelisation od the DIEP flaps
- 5th day following the operation
