The video shows a live operation for bilateral mastectomy following BRCA 1 positive diagnosis with immediate breast reconstruction using the DIEP Flap technique. You will see:

- Marking of the lower abdomen and breasts
- Left side skin sparing mastectomy
- Preparation of recipient mammary vessels
- Preparation of the DIEP Flap
- Preparation of the vessel perforator
