48 year-old man with Middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm which has caused subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
First incision is done from the lateral side of sylvian fissure, but lower part cut as well because there was no well proximal control (no temporarily clip).
During operation tried to manipulate minimally due to fresh bleeding. Clip was placed in the distinct place and then aneurysm coagulated with bipolar forceps and removed. Final clip was placed. |
