The aim of this video is to discuss and troubleshoot the problems faced when doing myomectomy of very large and oddly placed myomas, especially those positioned in the lower uterine segment or cervix or in the broad ligament. The technique of uterine artery ligation is also described here which helps to markedly reduce blood loss in surgery. The proper port placement and the tips and tricks to ease out the surgery along with our standardized protocol based approach is also discussed.
