In this video, presenting a case of laparoscopic gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer. As compared to surgery for early gastric cancer, surgery for advanced gastric cancer should be performed with total omentectomy and thorough D2 lymph node dissection. To do so, an appropriate coordination of movements with the assistant’s hand and use of gravity help to achieve an adequate exposure.
