Rectovaginal endometriotic nodule.
Pacient suffering from dismenorrhea, dyschezia, dysuria, severe deep dispareunia, constipation.
The nodule infiltrated just slightly the rectum and vagina, so rectal resection or opening the vagina could be avoided. The right hypogastric nerve vas trapped in the nodule, it was sacrificed.
