This video depicts an antral washout being performed bilaterally under general anaesthesia for acute sinusitis refractory to medical treatment. The patient presented with headache, facial pain, nasal congestion and fever 6 days prior to admission. Copious mucopus drained as shown. The clinical improvement was dramatic!.
