A male patient aged 25 years diagnosed as GSD(gall stone deases) with congenital umbilical hernia underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy on 9/10/16 at Doctors clinic-1 bogra Bangladesh. Laparoscopy revealed congenital abnormal Gall bladder having proximal half GB normal anatomically but distally GB fossa on visceral surface on left lobe of Liver 7*4 size shaped GB. All other abdominal organs are normal.
