This is an 85 year old with adenocarcinoma right lower lobe. We performed a superior segmentectomy and included a wedge of the basilar lateral segment to have an adequate margin since the tumor crossed in to the lateral segment. This is an unedited video (2x speed) starting after the level 9 and level 7 dissections.
