This week we present the case of a patient with cancer of the splenic flexure, already underwent right colectomy for cancer. It is performed a resection of the splenic flexure with anatomic lymph-node dissection and mesenteric vessels preservation in order to ensure an adequate blood supply to the remaining enteric tracts. As always we are highlighted anatomical landmarks.
