This videos describe Laparoscopic Appendectomy using 3 ports technique. The mesentry of Appendix is cauterized using short bursts of low voltage Mono-polar diathermy. The appendicular base is doubly tied, with vicryl 2-0 endoloop. The appendix is extracted using the third endoloop through 10mm camera port.
