Patient: Middle aged patient was referred for endoscopic resection as an alternative to surgery.
Lesion: Large pedunculated polyp in the sigmoid colon.
Injection: Epinephrine volume reduction technique (head and stalk injection)
Snare: 15 mm stiff snare
Cautery: Endocut Q 3-1-5 with a little bit of coagulation current
Clips to prevent delayed bleeding
Pathology: Tubulovillous adenoma with HGD
