Polyp: 5-6 cm head with a broad 2-3 cm stalk
Epinephrine injection into the head and stalk
Resection: 20 mm stiff snare
Endocut Q 3-1-5 with a little bit of coagulation
Clip hemostasis
Pathology: Tubulovillous adenoma with HGD
