This technique shows two layers vault closure to prevent vault prolapse follwing vaginal hysterectomy.Purohit technique(BJOG .12 :2003.Ryle's tube of 18-20G placed on right side of pelvis.lowest eye remains above vault.Post Op irrigation with normal saline till return fluid is light red.It avoids post op vault hematoma.
