This is a video of a left lower lobe sleeve resection
In this video we use 4 robotic ports ( 12mm for the camera, 2 x 8mm and a 5mm port, a 10mm port for the assistant, and a subxiphoid incision for lobe removal)
We also use V-lock suture to perform the anastomosis. this suture is barbed to keep tension in the suture and also has a loop at the end so it does not need to be tied at the start so is ideal for endoscopic suturing

This patient went home on day 2 !!
