Laparoscopic Appendectomy for Perforated gangrenous appendicitis with peritonitis (without Harmonic and without endostapler)
This is a lap appy for a nasty perforated gangrenous appendicitis with feculent peritonitis. No endostapler nor Harmonic have been used. Bulky stump closed with an endoloop and a second intracorporeal hand made vycril 1 loop (Baydo Knot).
