In this video I demonstrate the technique of EMR of lateral spreading colonic polyp in the descending colon. The steps are the following: examination the lesion with normal white light, chromoendoscopy, dynamic lifting of the lesion, piece meal resection, APC ablation of the margins, clip closure and tissue retrievemcent with examination.
