Robotics Assisted Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy in Kaohsiung Chang Gung Hospital. The warm ischemic time is 5 minutes. In Taiwan, patient have to pay the cost of Robotics surgery out of himself pocket. So I use as less instrument as 3 arm Robotics with one Scissor, one Prograsper, and one Large needle driver.
