This patient had a previous infection, then was left with one a single sided semirigid Spectra device. He was clearly unhappy with this, as it provided minimal rigidity, and a "joystick" affect of his penis, minimal column strength, and an overall unsatisfactory result. Here we do what was deemed as very difficult or even impossible- we get a cylinder in on both sides, including the side where nothing has been in for 1 month. When we are done, he goes from single semirigid to both cylinders of a three piece inflatable implant.
