This is a high definition video of a penile implant done by Dr. Andrew Kramer, in Baltimore Maryland- where the patient also chose to get a vasectomy during this procedure. The "ventral phalloplasty" is also done, this is where some scrotal skin is closed in a way such that the attachment between penis and scrotum is lowered to give more apparent length, a skin closure that gives an illusion of slightly more size.
