This penile implant had several flaws that repair repair: 1) the pump was too high 2) the tips were too short 3) the pump tubings are curled up next to the penis, an infrapubic flaw 4) the reservoir is palpable 5) there is a penile convexity or curve from previous graft
These are addressed and revised in this penile implant revision by Dr. Andrew Kramer of the University of Maryland in Baltimore
