Laparoscopic salpingo-oopherectomy because of malignant suspicious huge left adnexal cystic mass. I used direct supraumbilical trocar insertion (over the 5 cm of umbilicus) because of wider field of view. 45 years-old patient presented with lower abdominal pain and swelling. She has got previous C/S operation and also she wants tuba ligation or salpingectomy. The mass was removed out of the abdomen using endo bag, it didn't enter hand-made ando bag. So, it didn't spread and spill into the abdominal cavity. Frozen section was reported as benign. In this operation video was minimal edited, and only two ancillary trocar used.
