65 year old gentleman presents with persistent faeculent/purulent discharge through a laparoscopic port site following an appendicectomy. After failure of conservative management, he undergoes a laparoscopic take-down of entero-cutaneous fistula and an ileocaecectomy. He makes an uneventful recovery.
