Seven year old having recurrent right upper abdominal pain, whose ultrasound showed presence of gallstones underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy using 3 mm instruments. Cystic artery was diathermised using monopolar coagulation and cystic duct was ligated. GB was placed in thumb of the glove and removed through umbilical trocar site.
